The 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held Sunday, October 18 via Zoom.

By now, all of our shareholders should have received a package containing pertinent information and voting instructions.  If you have not received your package, please email the Board using the link on this page and provide us with your contact information.  Someone will get back to you shortly.

Contents of the information package are also posted under the “Shareholders” tab, and under the “Communications – 2020” tab.

We urge all Shareholders to register for the meeting as soon as possible. The Board is also requesting that as many Shareholders as possible vote by proxy in advance, in order to facilitate record keeping, and to keep the amount of time spent on voting during the meeting to a minimum.  This will also give Shareholders an extra degree of privacy so that voting information will not need to be shared during the meeting.
